Shibuya Restaurant Details

Coming directly from the stylish Tokyo District in Japan, Shibuya in the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is the ultimate destination for Japanese cuisine in Las Vegas. Executive chef Stephanie Chevet and master sushi chef Roy Villacrusis are sure to impress with their freshly prepared features including dishes such as the toro tatar, miso wild salmon, and kampachi with fresh yuzu and black truffle oil. Shibuya is described as expansive, elegant, and spectacular. The restaurant also boasts a sake selection that is unmatched by any restaurant this side of the Pacific. Seating in Shibuya is spacious and airy, with elegant chairs. Above the main bar is an LED lighting screen that changes colors and scenery to let guests enjoy the upscale ambience that the restaurant eludes. From the moment you step foot through the doors of Shibuya, you will be magically taken to the Far East for a dining experience you will not soon forget. Shibuya is great for private party dining as well. It has a teppan room that seats up to 30 guests for large groups and also has private tables for groups of up to 8 in the rear of the restaurant. Shibuya offers visitors an intimate Far East experience with the most fresh and creative dishes in the city.
