Pink Taco Restaurant Details
Situated in the Hard Rock Hotel, the Pink Taco is a mega-hip Mexican cantina that takes a step in the opposite direction from the traditional mom-and pop joint. Aside from the 36 tequilas, 10 Mexican beers and five enormous margarita selections, the food is top notch as well. You can see fresh tortillas being made in an exhibition tortilleria just inside the entrance, so you know the ingredients are made fresh to order. Popular dishes include the vegetable chilaquilles which is layers of corn tortillas with roasted vegetables, chipotle sauce, cream, and Mexican cheeses. The saban de pollo with chimichurri, a chicken breast topped with beans, melted cheese, grilled onions. Also the Serrano chile served with pico de gallo is a good choice. Then there's the beer-battered rock shrimp with chipotle cream sauce. Eat, drink and party all at the Pink Taco.
