With the Bellagio hotel and casino as it's home, Picasso might very well be the best restaurant in Vegas, and given the amount of competition for such a title, that's says a lot. World renowned Spanish master chef Julian Serrano's French-Mediterranean cuisine lifts excellence to a whole new level. A Spanish chef that cooks French cuisine in an Italian-themed hotel has to be at the top of his class. Serrano's cooking is a work of art complimented by the authentic Pablo Picasso painting hanging almost within arms reach. The Bellagio water show also adds another element of elegance to the dining experience. The menu changes nightly and is always a choice between a four-course tasting menu and a five-course Chef's choice tasting. Recent selections have included poached oysters, roasted langoustines, sautéed medallions of Fallow Deer and an assortment of French pastries for dessert. You really never know what to expect since the menu changes but, rest assured, it will probably be one of the most amazing meals you ever eat.
