Pampas Brazilian Grille sits inside the Desert Passage Mall at the new Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino. You can skip walking through the casino or mall and easily access the restaurant through the Harmon street valet entry. Dining at Pampas is one of the most unique restaurant experiences you can have in Las Vegas. As you walk in, you will notice the 'Brazilian back country' style décor. You well smell the freshness of organically grown meats and hear the background sound of Brazilian drums. Your waiter will explain the way in which the meats are served. He will give you a card to flip 'yes or no'. You can try any of their marinated meats as servers come by the table and peal the meat right off the skewers and onto your plate. You can choose from several varities of chicken, pork, and red meat. The rest of your dinner is served buffet style.
