Situated at Caesars Palace, Nero's is a hot spot for American contemporary cuisine in Las Vegas. Specializing in exotic steaks, fresh fish, and seafood, Neros combines gourmet with affordability; two terms that generally don't go together. Although the menu selection is rather limited, the cuisine is absolutely top notch. Choice menu selections include the sautéed crab cakes with mashed avocado, cilantro and plantain chips fried in achiote oil, and arguably the richest, most flavorful New England clam chowder found anywhere in Las Vegas. Like most gourmet restaurants Neros has a very extensive wine list to accompany your meal. To satisfy your sweet-tooth after dinner, signature desserts include poached pear with almond brittle and white chocolate and a lemon tart served with spun sugar, fresh berries and chantilly.
