Fix Restaurant Details
Fix is the first of many restaurant ventures owned and operated by the Light Group. The Light Group is behind some of the hippest nightclubs and lounges in Las Vegas including Light, Jet, Caramel, and Mist. Fix has an urban-modern design with vivid wood features that compliment the very innovative and savory menu. Some of the signature dishes include the mushroom bisque with warm goat cheese strudel, thermidor-style jumbo lump crab cake, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno ponzu, tuna poke with mango-wasabi mojo, shrimp chips and smoked salmon-and-ostera caviar poppers with scallion blinis. Fix has an extensive wine list and a number of specialty cocktails to enjoy while you dine. Desserts include traditional light-hearted root beer floats and freshly baked chocolate cookies.
