Circo Restaurant Details
Situated in the Bellagio hotel, Circo is the more casual offering from the Maccioni family that brought Le Cirque from New York to Las Vegas. A jacket and tie is not required at Circo, but that doesn't mean the ambiance, service or food are lacking in any way. Circo is also located alongside Lake Bellagio and delivers stunning views of the best free show in town, the Bellagio Fountain show. The menu is just as delectable as Le Cirque but with a slightly more accommodating price. Tuscan recipes are the specialty with signature entrees such as the breast of Muscovy duck with dried organic fruit in port-wine sauce, but it's the desserts that really complete the dining experience. Pastry Chef Jaret Blinn's mouth-watering and simply irresistible dessert creations including a panna cotta (Italian cream-filled donuts) and tutto cioccolato have been acclaimed 'Best in Las Vegas' by Las Vegas Life Magazine.
