The smoke-free restaurant boasts a myriad of innovative signature creations such as the palmex foie gras with roasted sweet potatoes, crispy Florida frog legs, butter-poached Maine lobster, and oak-grilled prime rib eye with Maytag bleu cheese soufflé and trumpet mushrooms in a red wine sauce.
